Terms & Service Disclaimer

All services outlined in this document are rendered pursuant to a signed service agreement. Upon contract execution, a recurring monthly subscription will be established via an integrated billing platform hosted on the String Theory AI website. Service delivery—including onboarding, consultations, GPT enablement, and research/reporting—will begin only after the recurring payment method has been successfully authorized.

There is no long-term contractual obligation; however, billing operates on a monthly cycle based on the date of contract signature. To avoid charges for the upcoming billing cycle, written notice of cancellation must be received no later than the 15th calendar day following the start of the current billing cycle.

Failure to provide written cancellation by the specified date will result in billing for the subsequent month. All services—including à la carte offerings—are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified. In-person services may be arranged upon request and will be subject to additional costs based on travel, scope, and availability.
